Comment Policy

All comments are moderated here. I have chosen this option to cut down on spam that squeaks through the filter, and to be able to leave comments open without having to sign in. From time to time, topics will be on contentious issues, which tends to bring out some virulent and visceral feelings. Ideally, I’d like to see discussion on these topics, rather than derogatory and denigrating comments. Thus, if I feel a comment is derogatory or if I feel it denigrates the discussion, it will not be approved, or it will be deleted.

Be forewarned, if you include links in your comment, it will likely be picked up by the comment spam filter, Akismet. I try to check through the comment spam each day, but I freely admit, I am not always diligent about checking. So, if you had tried to post a comment, and it was not derogatory nor denigrated the discussion, please let me know (cepetroatknologydotnet), and I’ll try to track it down or ask you to repost the comment.

Thank you for your good catch on the PSTD testimony.

Unfortunately Ms. Winkler’s attorney appears to have been caught flat-footed.

However many PSTD soldiers from past wars, are testimony enough that is but a therapeutic full employment act.

Winkler’s attorneys should have challenged the television doctor, who will be rewarded handsomely for his paid testimony.

Please also know that The Association of Marriage and Family Therapists hired a lobbyist to introduce legislation in California Mandating six hours worth of “educational” counseling in any event of a filing of a petition for divorce, or the Divorce could not proceed. That’s correct. No due process unless one coughs up money for the therapists.

Fortunately the bill died in committee. However, please also know the path to continued court involvement is “Supervised Visitation.” http://www.FamilyLawCourts.com documents a supervised visitation monitor in Contra Costa California was arrested for bestiality. A Court Commissioner sits on the board of “Kids Turn” a so-called “Non-profit” and orders litigants to use that particular firm.

Susan Griffin of “Hannah’s House” continued to benefit from judges ordering litigants to her facility, although they knew the country had ordered her to reimburse their grants, after an investigation revealed she was not a therapist, but a graduate of Email University. Likewise the orders to her facility continued including after the State of California fined Griffin for practicing therapy without a license.

Then there’s the manner of fake attorneys operating in Family Court. Google “Ron Lais.”

All this an more, at http://www.FamilyLawCourts.com. Why?

Because mainstream media fails their readers. Mainstream media does not generally cover the busiest court in the nation – the one court most used most often, and for the longest period of time. Mainstream media fails to inform the public judges are more marketing reps for all comers in the industry.

The business of government is business. This is especially true in “Family Court.”
