However, as Paul Kiel points out, the provision in the house bill that gives judges the right to see this classified information “follows the same guidelines as the FISA law.” What is really at issue is that Bush does not want the American people to have (more) substantiated proof that he broke the law.
Kansas Supreme Court has decided to strike down a funeral picketing law, which barred the Westboro Church and Rev Fred Phelps, from picketing the funerals of fallen soldiers. Way to support the troops!
